Pizza Hut in Moab

The food was good here, and the staff was kind. It was clear, though, that the location was under-staffed. I, and a number of other guests, had to wait longer than we should have due to low staffing. The location is easy to find, and it is one of the cheaper dining options in Moab.

Good pizza, fast service. My only complaint was the call service doing the order. Try not to get ahold of the stupid people there to take your order.

Best Pizza Hut I’ve been to before. I like the old school theme of the building. Great pizza! Fast and friendly service. Was not busy at all when we came, so maybe a good place to come if you’re not looking to wait in like at a restaurant downtown. Literally right outside the downtown area. Highly recommend!

This is the very first pizza hut i have ever been where i need to pay for pepper and cheese abd customer service is worst.

Love their deep dish super supreme! Open late which is nice when you're traveling and get to your motel late in the evening.

Basic pizza hut. Ordering took forever and place inside was clean but bare. Salad bar was very basic but pizza came out piping hot and didn't take too long. However, we went to ask to buy some brownies for the drive home and were told it would be a 25 minute wait.

Very friendly staff, plus all employees wore masks. Felt safe there. They even have separated table to eat while maintaining social distance. Sanitizer on the wat way out. 👍

A very bad Pizza Hut branch.2.5 hours for a cold pizza delivery.Rude worker named Richard hanged the phone on me when I called to ask for refund.Patheteic... Avoid, there are other options in Moab.

Hilarious encounter. One of my children is quite fussy so when ordering a pizza I wanted a large with one half Hawaiian and the other half margarita, only to be told they do not do margarita. I then had to ask for a large Hawaiian with one half having no ham or pineapple. The pubescent sales assistant who appeared more preoccupied with his cell phone could just about cope with this concept. My kids didn't complain about the food though so no major drama.

Nice pizza. Very high prices. We had to wait 30 minutes. Ambiance is good.

About the same level of disappointment as other eateries in Moab. We don't spend a lot of money eating out, and haven't had any luck in Moab finding the balance of value and taste, so we figured we would spend our hard earned money at Pizza Hut due to it being a national chain. Customer service was good, but the sauce tasted old. The menus need to be replaced as they aren't very clear or readable.

Beware of delivery service for this Pizza Hut.Order was delivered incorrect, manager not interested in our concerns.Have advised hotel not to recommend this Pizza Hut.

Just another Pizza Hut , nothing special , it’s a little dark and depressing on the inside , staff doesn’t seem to want to be there .It’s ok if you’re looking for something predictable and on a budget .

Service was awesome! Salad bar was just what I needed after traveling all day. Pizza was made just right. They were not stingy with the toppings. I actually ate all 4 pieces, I couldn't leave that yummy food there.

So the manager is awesome, always checks to see how our food is, if we need anything. The problem is on two separate visits, WE had to tell the staff that both the croutons and the salad needed to be refilled.Another disappointment is that that store, or at least the employee says there is no more $7.99 deal. He said we get the best deals online. That is fine if we wanted take out, but what about people who want to dine in? Lastly, keep your salad bar stocked with 1000 island dressing, not everyone likes Ranch, Blue Cheese and whatever the other choice was. (Hard to tell because the ladles weren't labelled)

We order a medium size pan supreme and we waited and waited for 45 minutes never got our pizza and here they the pizza to someone else. Very BAD service... even the salad bar everything was out and empty canter

No pics cuz nothing left once I got to taking g any,lol, got my order to go, pizza was fresh n hott! Flavor was perfect, I also order mi e well done so the bottom is crispy, It was darn near perfect, Enjoy

The pasta meal was a frozen dinner, still in its metal tray. Could barely eat it. Atmosphere uninviting. Very unpleasant experience. Bread sticks, ok tasting. Not served to be appetizing.

Had a mess up but they were very kind and good about it. Food tasted good.

The staff here was cool. With Pizza Hut being a chain, unless you haven't been here you probably know what to expect regarding the food. The staff was helpful and all had good attitudes. That's probably what made this a better visit. Thanks guys.

Payed with a debit card and when it was delivered the driver said i owed 23.50 they comped the pizza but when i opened it i should have eaten the box, it was that thin and tasted burnt. Never will order from pozza hut agan, would rather go to Dominos!

One of my favorite place in Moab. The place serves good vegetarian pizza and is neat & clean. I went there again when I was passing by Moab on my journey to Grand Canyon

After a long day of hiking in Arches, we were tired, starving, and had a craving for pizza. Decided to stop at Pizza Hut, and we were pretty disappointed. Although the service was great, the food was not so great. Pizza was soaked with grease and the wings were mediocre. We’re not picky people in the slightest, so it’s pretty rare that we don’t like something. Just thought I’d share our experience. Even worse, my stomach was cramped and upset the whole next day so we couldn’t stay too long at canyonlands. Hope others experiences in the future are better than ours.

Pizza Hut is the best delivery option in Moab. It's also hit or miss, i.e. the best you've ever had or practically inedible. But regardless of that, staff are generally friendly and I'm glad they're available because the Moab Dominoes is disgusting. (the pizza specifically, their pasta/sandwiches/sides are decent.)

We broke down and Jeff and Augie help us out more than words can say. They were like an answer to a prayer. Very helpful and way more than they had to do. Awesome guys hope they get some good things happening in their lives.

This Pizza Hut definitely supports the fact that sit-down Pizza Huts are always better than carry-out locations. The food was fresh and hot, the service was fast and friendly. I'm always a fan of a good salad bar, and this one was well stocked with fresh options.

We had the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza itself was good as expected. The service, not so much. I understand when it's crowded it can be stressful. But the lady that took our order was rude and definitely showed that she didn't want to be there. I was pleasant to her, tried to be nice and make her crack a smile. Nothing worked.

The food was ok, price ok. But the place needs to be gutted and cleaned. It smells like old mold.

The place was empty and yet the service was still poor. I had to take trips to the counter to ask for things.

Took forever. After calling cause traker never said it was even cooking, was told it was cooked and waiting. As expected arrived cold and hard and late. When calling CSR was rude and seemed annoyed that I asked he deliver hot pizzas. Would recommend you just avoid this whole experience. Bad pizza bad service. Bad bad bad. 4 dollar delivery fee wow! Not even for good service. Never ever again.

Pizzas are great but personal seem a little unmotivated

This Pizza Hut has a restaurant, but unlike other Pizza Huts I have been to, this one does not have a waiter serve you. You order at the front and you fill your own drinks. I personally like this setup because it is faster than other Pizza Huts I have been to, which is great in such a busy area.

Called and placed our order. Paid with a credit card. I knew it was the call center, rather than the actual site, but when my husband drove to pick it up- nothing. They had verified my name and the store location twice. I called the store, and they had my order under a name not even close to my own. Advice-Make sure you are taking to the actual location- not the call center, even if you have to call back. Better yet- call Dominos...

We were so excited to find a Pizza Hut on our visit to Moab, UT. The excitment left when trying to order. The food was good just not happy with the silly restrictions on their menu.

Ordered pizza to go online through app. Ready quickly. Good customer service, offered us paper plates, napkins & condiments which were nice extras. Salad bar clean and well stocked. Pizza was excellent and piping hot.
